Location & Travel

Home Base: Las Vegas, NV

Regional Travel: Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ (Travel required 50‑75%)

Responsibilities

• Lead job site safety inspections and proactively identify risks
• Partner with leadership to build and reinforce a safety‑first mindset
• Deliver engaging safety trainings and lead impactful toolbox talks
• Investigate incidents and drive solutions that prevent future risks
• Support and participate in OSHA inspections with confidence
• Serve as the go‑to safety expert for both field teams and management
• Communicate safety policies clearly and effectively across all levels

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School
• Minimum Years of Experience: 4–6
• 5+ years of safety experience (construction experience preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance
• OSHA 500 Certification (required)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate across teams
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Bonus Points

• Construction industry experience
• First Aid/CPR Instructor certification
• Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

You will be in the field where it matters most – on active residential construction sites, working alongside crews, supervisors, and leadership. Expect a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with travel across multiple states and exposure to real‑world job site conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Walk and inspect job sites for extended periods
• Climb, bend, kneel, and navigate active construction environments
• Lift up to 25–50 lbs occasionally
• Wear PPE at all times on job sites
• Maintain strong visual and hearing awareness for hazard recognition
