Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Reliability Engineer to safeguard production applications and automate detections, reducing incidents and downtime. You will improve availability, latency, performance, efficiency, and proactive monitoring to meet business needs.

Collaborate with business users, development teams, and admins to design reliable systems, analyze failures, and implement improvements across multi-system environments including cloud and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5–7 years in business/risk analysis, ITSM, production support, or application development.
Experience with reliability engineering and large multi-system products.

Responsibilities

Develop reliability studies on engineering designs to assess lifecycle performance.
Measure and analyze design reliability, materials, processes, and costs.
Recommend design or test methods and monitoring procedures for reliability.
Conduct risk analyses of new designs and processes.
Test and analyze failures; propose design improvements to reliability.
