Job summary
Humana Inc. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of automation platforms across multiple domains.
The role focuses on operational excellence, incident management, and continuous improvement to empower development teams to deliver new automation capabilities. The SRE coordinates testing, configuration, and deployment, maintains controls over test and production environments, and works with cross-functional teams to improve platform
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
- Experience with production deployments and incident response.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, source control, and release management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor health and performance of automation platforms and services.
- Lead incident response and root cause investigations.
- Improve observability with dashboards, alerts, and reporting.
- Collaborate with development teams to boost reliability and scalability.
- Support deployments, testing, and releases across automation solutions.
- Automate operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve stability.
- Identify production risks and apply reliability best practices.
