Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of critical automation platforms across RPA, infrastructure automation, validation frameworks, and related initiatives.

You will focus on incident management, observability, and continuous improvement to enable development teams to deliver new automation capabilities. This remote position supports production automation solutions, leads incident response, and partners with engineering to

Qualifications

2+ years of SRE, DevOps, or related experience in a large-scale environment.
Experience supporting production applications, platforms or automation frameworks.
Strong knowledge of monitoring, incident management and RCA practices.
Familiar with CI/CD, source control, and release management best practices.
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Python or Terraform.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain health, availability, and performance of automation platforms.
Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Improve observability with dashboards, alerts, and reporting.
Partner with development teams to improve reliability and readiness.
Support deployment, testing, configuration, and releases.
Drive automation of operational processes to reduce manual work.
Identify production risks and implement reliability best practices.
