Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will collaborate with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to improve our AIOps strategy and expand automation enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
5+ years of leadership experience in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Lead SRE transformation through AI-powered operations and automation.
Partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to improve AIOps strategy.
Lead products from design completion to volume production release; perform testing to verify designs.
Advise executives to develop functional strategies and interact with multiple teams.
Drive automation footprint within the SRE org and execute on strategic milestones.
