QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Quality Operations Manager to oversee quality and operations at the Piney Flats, Tennessee Fulfillment Center.

This on-site role requires managing a multi-shift team, ensuring inventory accuracy, and adherence to SOX and company procedures. You will build cross-functional connections, develop training programs, and lead staffing, budgeting, and performance reviews to create a safe, ethical, high-performing workplace aligned with QVC’s values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience in a distribution or logistics environment.
• Proven leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with inventory accuracy focus.

Responsibilities

• Leads a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team ensuring inventory accuracy and process integrity.
• Serves as primary contact for auditors, finance, and inventory accounting.
• Fosters cross-functional connections between platforms, logistics, and operations.
• Develops quality guidelines, operational plans, and training programs.
• Manages staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluations.
• Leads site initiatives to optimize operations and ensure a safe workplace.
