Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Quality Operations Manager to oversee quality and operations at the Piney Flats, Tennessee Fulfillment Center.

This on-site role requires managing a multi-shift team, ensuring inventory accuracy, and adherence to SOX and company procedures. You will build cross-functional connections, develop training programs, and lead staffing, budgeting, and performance reviews to create a safe, ethical, high-performing workplace aligned with QVC’s values.

The Site Quality Operations Manager supports QVC and oversees quality and operations for a multi-shift, seven-day distribution site, including inventory checks, root cause analysis, and compliance with SOX and company procedures.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, Tennessee Fulfillment Center daily.

What You'll Do

• Leads a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team to ensure inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain process integrity across the site.
• Acts as the primary contact for auditors, finance, and inventory accounting, ensuring compliance and integrity in inventory management.
• Builds cross-functional connections between Commerce Platforms, Customer Logistics, and Distribution Operations, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develops and implements quality guidelines, operational plans, and training programs to enhance inspection techniques, audit processes, and employee development.
• Manages staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluation, ensuring a fair, ethical, and engaged workplace aligned with QVC’s values.
• Leads site initiatives and projects to optimize operations, drive inventory accuracy, improve customer service, and maintain a safe, secure working environment.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of operations experience with a strong focus on inventory control, quality assurance, and process improvement in a distribution or logistics environment.
