Job summary

Strata Clean Energy is seeking a Quality Assurance Leader to establish and drive the Project Field Quality Assurance Program (FQAP) across solar projects. You will develop Defined Features of Work (DFOW) Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and initiate inspections, documenting results, and reporting findings for timely corrective actions.

You will lead QA staff, train technicians, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure conformance to DFOW and FQAP, while maintaining safety and quality standards on

Qualifications

• 5 years verifiable Quality Management/Lead experience or a 4-year degree in construction or similar.
• OSHA 30 required.
• NFPA 70E knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must read and understand construction drawings and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the Project Field Quality Assurance Program (FQAP).
• Develop DFOW Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Lead inspections, document results, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors on QC, tools, and schedules.
• Provide weekly quality reports to the Sr. Quality Manager.
