Job summary

Strata Clean Energy in the United States seeks a Project Quality Assurance Lead to establish and execute the Field Quality Assurance Program (FQAP) across solar projects. You will develop DFOW ITPs, initiate inspections, document results, and drive corrective actions with subcontractors.

This leadership role trains QA staff, manages the QA budget, reviews contracts for quality requirements, and reports weekly to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 5 years verifiable Quality Management /Lead experience or a 4-year degree in construction or similar.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• NFPA 70E knowledge required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Understands current technology practices and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the Field Quality Assurance Program (FQAP) for projects.
• Develop Defined Feature of Work (DFOW) Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Lead QA staff, training technicians and temporary labor.
• Interact with Subcontractors regarding Quality plans, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage reports (DR, NCR, CAR, RFI) and root cause analysis.
• Verify Subcontractor tooling calibration and schedule adherence.
• Maintain inspection metrics and daily/weekly reporting.
