Job summary

Signal Energy LLC is seeking a Field Quality Coordinator to support QA/QC on our solar energy projects. You will assist the Quality Manager and site team, promote quality policies, and help ensure work meets design, budget, and schedule requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of QA/QC experience in large-scale construction, knowledge of safety regulations, and proficiency with MS Project and MS Office. This on-site role involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction QA/QC experience on large projects.
• Experience with major commercial/industrial or utility sites.
• SWPPP and erosion control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate quality and promote company policies with clients and subcontractors.
• Assist the QA/QC Inspector staff in field needs and issues.
• Assess quality of work and track corrective actions.
• Promote quality achievement and performance improvement.
• Assist in managing the quality program for solar projects.
• Maintain project plans, specs, drawings, and quality records.
• Investigate non-conformance and implement corrective measures.
• Provide quality training for project teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure subcontractors follow Quality Policies and Procedures.
• Communicate policies to personnel on the project site.
• Resolve issues through effective communication and coordination.
