Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Site Project Lead to join our team. The role supports growth and profitability of the business unit through leadership, client management and delivery of services for infrastructure projects around corporate campuses.

You will lead bid teams, manage client relationships, and drive revenue while mentoring staff and ensuring effective project execution. On-site responsibilities include collaboration with municipal authorities and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to construction.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within construction.
• Experience managing client accounts and teams.
• Consulting experience.
• Knowledge of local construction market.
• Understanding of the construction project life cycle.
• Ability to build strong internal and client relationships.
• Business development experience with cross-selling opportunities.
• Technical and leadership experience overseeing major projects or programs.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management in managing client relationships and drive new revenue.
• Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation with management.
• Attend client interviews to present service offerings.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to staff and coaching for career growth.
• Provide weekly updates on project status, staffing, and risks.
• Manage finances, margins, forecasts, and monthly reports.
• Ensure timely invoicing and AR follow-up.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and engage with senior teams.
• Attend networking events and promotional opportunities.
• Lead small project management teams for infrastructure on corporate campuses.
• Oversee neighbourhood portfolio program management with other PMs.
