Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Site Project Lead in the United States to join the management team. You will drive growth and profitability through leadership, client management, and strong service delivery on infrastructure projects around corporate campuses.

The role requires 8+ years in construction project management, strong accounts leadership, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and proposals. On-site work is expected across key US projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management in construction.
• Experience managing client accounts and project teams.
• Strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Consulting experience and knowledge of the local market.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management in managing client relationships and driving revenue.
• Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation with senior management.
• Present service offerings to clients during interviews.
• Provide line management, coaching, and career development for staff.
• Track project margins, forecasts, and financial reporting; manage invoices.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote Turner & Townsend in the US.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations on relevant experience and knowledge.
• Lead infrastructure projects on campus and neighbourhood portfolios; liaison with municipal authorities.
