Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Seattle is seeking a Site Project Lead to join our team. The role supports the Director of Project Management in driving growth and profitability through leadership, client management and service delivery across infrastructure projects on corporate campuses.

The position requires 8+ years of project management experience in construction, strong leadership, and ability to manage cross‑functional teams. On‑site work in the U.S. and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is required.
• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience in construction.
• Experience managing client accounts and cross‑functional project teams.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Project Management in managing client relationships and driving new revenue.
• Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation with senior management.
• Attend client interviews to present service offerings.
• Provide line management, coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Oversee project financials, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
