Job summary

TikTok Shop Sorting Center is seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to drive frontline warehouse operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, putaway, and outbound shipping. You will lead staffing plans and partner with transport teams to ensure timely shipments.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in high-volume logistics, strong problem-solving, and a track record of continuous improvement in safety and performance metrics. This role emphasizes safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations or similar.
• Experience leading frontline teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong workforce planning and labor management skills.
• Proven problem solving and decision making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across inbound receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, putaway, and outbound shipping.
• Ensure all processes comply with SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics (throughput, UPH, service levels) and take corrective actions.
• Develop staffing plans based on forecasted volumes and priorities.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize labor, capacity, and workflows.
• Partner with warehouse operations, transportation, and planning teams for end-to-end execution.
• Lead coaching and development of Team Leads and associates.
• Foster a high-performing, safety-focused team culture.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and 5S practices.
