Job summary

TikTok in Orlando is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily inbound receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, putaway, and outbound shipping, while ensuring SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.

You will develop staffing plans, monitor throughput and service levels, coach Team Leads and staff, foster a high-performing safety-focused culture, and collaborate with transportation and planning teams to ensure timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations or similar roles; frontline management.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong workforce planning and labor management skills.
• Ability to allocate resources based on volume fluctuations.
• Problem-solving and decision-making under disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, movement, picking, packing, putaway, and shipping.
• Ensure SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements are followed.
• Monitor throughput, UPH, service levels; take corrective actions.
• Develop staffing plans and allocate labor based on forecasted volumes.
• Resolve bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, planning teams for end-to-end execution.
• Drive daily reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop Team Leads and frontline staff.
• Cultivate high-performing, safety-focused team culture.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and 5S practices.
• Serve as escalation point for shift issues.
