• Landfill role: training in removal of Freon and handling hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead screening, hiring, training and evaluation of personnel to meet service commitments.
• Adhere to wage/hour laws and compensate personnel per guidelines.
• Ensure safe working conditions at the job site.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and costs.
• Schedule safety meetings; document attendees and topics; enforce safety rules.
• Maintain records, manage inventory, operate equipment as needed.
