Job summary

GFL Environmental in Fairburn, GA is seeking a proven operations leader to manage a branch’s workforce, safety program, and budget while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. You will recruit, interview, hire, train, and discipline product line personnel and ensure uniforms are worn.

Additionally, you will drive revenue retention, manage costs, meet productivity targets, and ensure DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• BA or BS Degree desired or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years experience in waste industry desired.
• Must be able to meet relevant criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train and discipline all product line personnel.
• Ensure all employees are dressed in the proper uniform provided by GFL Environmental.
• Conform in all respects with applicable laws, regulations, ordinances and other orders and to all company policies, procedures and directives from supervisors.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.
