Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Site Manager for our Dry Mix Concrete facility in Calverton, NY. The role oversees all aspects of a fast-paced manufacturing site, including safety, quality, efficiency, and financial performance, with a strong focus on developing a high-performing team on the floor.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of plant management experience in a similar industry, plus a track record of managing automated manufacturing and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years as a plant manager in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience managing automated, high-speed manufacturing preferred.
• Strong ability to review and discuss results of production reports and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall site performance, safety, quality, efficiency, and maintenance.
• Meet financial goals by controlling expenses and improving productivity.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a strong site staff with a focus on safety and engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across sites.
• Oversee capital project planning and execution; monitor KPIs and production dashboards.
