Private Medical in NYC is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead the Manhattan office operations and ensure high-quality patient care. You will manage PCAs and oversee RNs and Medical Assistants while aligning with clinical leadership to uphold standards and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, budget stewardship, and a patient-centric approach to daily operations and staff development.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership of teams including performance management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient service standards, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs.
• Advanced proficiency with Apple products and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily site operations and optimize workflows.
• Direct supervision and performance management of PCAs and oversight of RNs/Medical Assistants.
• Develop staff schedules, PTO requests, and coverage plans.
• Collaborate with Lead Physician and Regional Nurse Manager on clinical processes.
• Drive member experience, retention, and service recovery efforts.
• Identify inefficiencies and escalate issues with proposed solutions.
• Maintain collaboration with Real Estate and IT for space and tech upkeep.
• Cultivate a positive office culture and resolve staff concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
