Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience in relevant settings.
• Prior charge or supervisory experience required.
• Deep understanding of NYC healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical follow-through from every patient visit.
• Establish operational infrastructure for new markets.
• Manage care coordinators and set workflow priorities.

Skills

Clinical experience in ER or urgent care

Knowledge of referrals and prior authorizations

Ability to work in high-acuity outpatient settings

Experience managing staff

Fluency in NYC healthcare systems

Education

Active New York RN license or NP/PA certification
