Job summary

NYU Grossman School of Medicine in Brooklyn invites applications for an Office Manager (FGP) - Multispecialty, MAP- Hosp. In this role, you will oversee daily practice operations, hiring, onboarding, and staff management, ensuring adherence to policies and high-quality patient care.

You will collaborate with physicians and regional leadership to implement operational initiatives, improve patient access, and maintain HIPAA compliance while supporting service excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant leadership/administrative experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-physician practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily practice operations including reception/phones, staffing and provider schedules.
• Hires, onboards, trains and manages staff.
• Promotes excellence in patient experience by monitoring feedback.
• Coordinates staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Partners with physicians and regional leadership to implement initiatives.
