Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Manager in Mesa, AZ to direct company programs and ensure contract compliance with customers. The role involves scheduling, budgeting, safety and service delivery, and acting as a liaison with clients and subcontractors.

Experience in business or related field plus strong communication and leadership skills are required. Occasional travel may be needed as part of overseeing multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 2–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for safety, quality, and service.
• Maintain inventories, supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate program specifications, proposals, and contracts.
