Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field from a four-year college.
• 2–5 years of experience; or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspets and evaluates establishment for program compliance, i.e. safety, quality, and service.
• Audits and maintains inventories supplies and equipment.
• Reviews customer requests for service and addresses with manager.
• Analyses & facilitates budget requests to identify reductions.
• Coordinates program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts.
• Maintains financial data: labor hours, overhead, expenses, billing, forecasting.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Acts as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Establishes contact with contractors to ensure smooth contract process.
• Conducts meetings to communicate with customers, clients, and employees.
