SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Manager in Ohio to direct company programs and ensure contract compliance with customers. The role requires planning, scheduling, inspecting facilities, and coordinating budgets and contracts to meet budget goals.

The position entails developing long-range plans, leading teams, and liaising with customers and subcontractors. Requires a Bachelor’s in business/related field with 2–5 years of experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect facilities for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure all work is completed and meets expectations.
• Audit and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate program specifications and contract requirements.
• Assist in budget planning and cost estimates.
• Promote services to develop new markets and increase market share.
