Job summary

SBM is hiring a Site Manager in Goodyear, AZ to lead programs and ensure contractual compliance with customers. You will develop work schedules, allocate service personnel, inspect facilities, and supervise operations to meet safety, quality, and service goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 2–5 years of experience, strong verbal and written communication, and budget and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of site management or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare service personnel schedules and assign routes.
• Inspect facility for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Audit inventories and manage supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate budgets and control costs.
• Direct supervisory management and contract processes.
