Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Audit inventories, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist site manager in budgeting and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to support contracts.
• Maintain financial data such as labor hours, overhead, and expenses.
