• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field with 2–5 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in facilities/program management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and budgetary skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment conditions for safety, quality, and service.
• Conduct quality audits to verify work quality.
• Audit and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Review service requests to identify causes and solutions with the manager.
• Analyze budget requests and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Promote services to grow markets and market share.
• Maintain contract and contractor status databases.
• Coordinate communications with contractors and customers.
• Prepare meetings and communicate updates in real time.
