Job summary

SBM is seeking a Site Manager in the United States to direct company programs and enforce policy for contract compliance with customers. The role includes scheduling, budgeting, inspection, and liaison duties across sites.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
• 2–5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspects and evaluates physical condition of establishment for program compliance, i.e. safety, quality, and service.
• Maintains and report on financial part of business, such as, labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting and changes.
• Conducts and attends meetings to communicate with customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
