Job summary

Community Health Center in Middletown, CT is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee operations, improve processes, and ensure productivity and quality service for patients, staff, and providers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare and 4+ years of healthcare experience with supervisory duties. Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10, HIPAA, and EHR/PM systems is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills are required; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field or related area.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in healthcare settings.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, retain, and supervise staff while ensuring compliance with CHC policies.
• Conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
• Improve operations via change management.
• Manage and motivate employees to ensure site operations.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Lead meetings and support site leadership.
