Job summary

SBM in Rahway, New Jersey is seeking a Site Manager to direct company programs and implement policy to ensure full contract compliance with our customers. You will coordinate schedules, oversee service personnel, and monitor safety, quality and efficiency on site.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2–5 years of experience; bilingual is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem solving, planning and project management are

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a site management or related role.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage projects.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect and evaluate site for safety, quality, and service.
• Audit inventories and equipment; monitor budgets and costs.
• Coordinate contracts, proposals, and specification documents.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Supervise staff and act as liaison with customers and subcontractors.
• Occasional travel.
