Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate company programs and ensure contract duties are met with customers.
• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment condition for safety, quality, and service.
• Maintain inventories, supplies and equipment; review customer service requests.
• Assist with plans, budgets, and schedules modifications including cost estimates and contracts.
• Ensure site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
• Support development of long-range plans and capital outlay requirements.
• Coordinate program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts.
• Compile data for preparing estimates and report on financials such as labor hours and expenses.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with regulations.
