Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field with 2–5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include strong verbal and written communication, time management, and problem solving.
• Bilingual is a plus; driving license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Audit inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Assist in budget planning and cost estimates for improvements.
• Coordinate with customers and contractors to ensure smooth contract processes.
• Maintain financial records such as labor hours, overhead, and expenses.
• Ensure a safe work environment and regulatory compliance.
