Job summary

SBM is hiring a Site Manager in White Plains, NY. The role directs company programs and ensures policy compliance with contract duties between SBM and the customer. You will plan service schedules, assign personnel, inspect facilities for safety and quality, and monitor budgets and resources.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities. Travel is possible; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related role or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate company programs to ensure contract compliance.
• Plan and develop work schedules to provide adequate service.
• Prepare service schedules and assign personnel to routes.
• Inspect facilities for safety, quality, and service standards.
• Monitor inventories, supplies and equipment; manage budgets and costs.
• Communicate with customers and subcontractors; attend meetings as needed.
