Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and two years supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Experience in education or family services is preferred.
• Knowledge of grant reporting and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate assigned staff.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and staffing patterns.
• Maintain inventories and coordinate site facilities and transportation.
• Foster partnerships with schools and community organizations.
