Hawaiian Building Maintenance in Hawaii (Oahu) seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a designated location. You will coordinate with team members, tenants, vendors, and management to ensure safety, quality, and timely task completion.

You will lead a custodial team, manage reports, timecards, and communications, and participate in meetings to align operational strategy. This full-time role requires a Hawaii driver’s license and physical ability to perform tasks across site

Formación

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in custodial/maintenance operations.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and scheduling software.
• Must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations at a designated location.
• Coordinate communication with team members, tenants, vendors, and management.
• Lead and supervise a custodial team to high standards of safety and quality.
• Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and submit reports.
• Review and submit employee timecards weekly and manage building maintenance tasks.
