Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning/maintenance operations or facilities management.
• Ability to manage budgets, safety protocols, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the ground up—participate, cleaning, inspecting, coaching.
• Run multi-site operations like a battlefield commander—planning, supply chains, maintenance.
• Train, coach, and build teams who work like a unit.
