Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
• Able to complete a background check.
• Able to work in a busy environment with changing priorities.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily activities and operations at assigned properties.
• Managing maintenance requests, repairs, and property improvements.
• Addressing concerns from residents, tenants, and clients promptly and professionally.
• Performing regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
• Developing positive working relationships with clients, residents, vendors, contractors, and employees.
• Scheduling and monitoring third‑party vendors and service providers.
• Assisting with expense monitoring and budget-related tasks.
• Ensuring site operations follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Keeping accurate records, reports, logs, and documentation.
