Join us to apply for the Site Manager role at NAPA Auto Parts

This position involves overseeing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, managing inventory, maintaining safety standards, and building relationships with vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales and store performance regularly.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems.
  • Develop and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate store employees.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and merchandise receiving processes.
  • Create a safe work environment and oversee safety training.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with district management on procurement and vendor negotiations.

Experience, Education, and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical or college degree preferred.
  • Leadership experience in the automotive aftermarket or retail industry.
  • Knowledge of store organization and high character standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic financial transactions.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in various physical conditions.
