Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Site Operations Leader within the OneMHS Installation & Deployment team to coordinate large-scale MHE installations at active construction sites across the United States. You will own the site schedule, manage procurement workflows, and align on-site teams and vendors to deliver complex material handling systems from receipt to commissioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field.
5+ years of construction or project management experience.
3+ years delivering cross-functional projects.
3+ years of experience in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments.
Experience with AutoCAD and/or BIM, and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project).
Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the project schedule for MHE installation across greenfield and brownfield sites.
Coordinate daily activities across on-site project teams including mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning.
Lead site coordination meetings to align priorities and resolve sequencing conflicts.
Track critical-path items and mitigate schedule risks.
Manage site access timelines and integrated master schedules.
