Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Site Operations Leader for the OneMHS Installation & Deployment team. You will coordinate all on-site project teams and stakeholders to deliver complex MHE systems from receipt to commissioning on active construction sites in greenfield and brownfield fulfillment environments.

You will independently manage project schedules, procurement workflows, equipment logistics, and budgets for $50M–$100M+ projects, partnering with mechanical, electrical, and controls leads,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other STEM field.
• 5+ years of construction or project management experience.
• 3+ years delivering cross-functional projects.
• 3+ years of material handling equipment (MHE) or automation experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or BIM, and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
• Experience leading large, fast-moving projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project schedule for MHE installation across assigned sites.
• Coordinate daily activities across all on-site project teams.
• Serve as central coordination point between sub-team leaders.
• Lead daily site coordination meetings and track critical path items.
• Manage inter-team dependencies and site access timelines.
• Create and maintain integrated project schedules across engineering, supply chain, construction, and commissioning.
