Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Site Operations Leader for the OneMHS Installation & Deployment team. You will coordinate large-scale MHE installation projects on active sites, owning schedules, procurement workflows, logistics, and budget management from receipt to commissioning.

You will work with mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning teams, managing multi-site deployments valued at $50M–$100M+. This field-based role demands proactive risk management and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
5+ years in construction or project management.
3+ years of delivering cross-functional projects.
3+ years in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the project schedule for MHE installation.
Coordinate daily activities across all on-site project teams.
Lead site coordination meetings to align priorities and Milestones.
Track critical path items and mitigate schedule risks.
Coordinate site access timelines and equipment logistics.
Create and maintain integrated project schedules across engineering, supply chain, construction, and commissioning.
Monitor KPIs for schedule adherence and budget performance.
