Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Site Operations Leader for the OneMHS Installation & Deployment (I&D) team. You will act as the central engineering coordinator for large-scale MHE installation projects across greenfield and brownfield fulfillment environments.

You will own the project schedule, coordinate on-site teams and cross-functional stakeholders, and manage procurement, equipment logistics, and budgets from $50M to $100M+ scopes. Field-based role on active construction sites with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a STEM field.
• 5+ years of construction or project management experience.
• 3+ years delivering cross-functional projects.
• 3+ years of MHE or automation environments experience; scheduling tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the project schedule for MHE installation across greenfield and brownfield sites.
• Coordinate on-site teams including mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning.
• Own procurement workflows, budgets, and financial reporting for projects.
• Lead vendor coordination and cross-team communications to resolve conflicts.
