Job summary

Amazon's OneMHS Installation & Deployment program seeks a Site Operations Leader to coordinate large-scale MHE installations on active construction sites across the U.S. You will own the project schedule, manage procurement and logistics, align cross-functional teams, and drive on-time commissioning of multi-site deployments for greenfield and brownfield projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or STEM
• 5+ years construction or project management
• 3+ years delivering cross-functional projects
• 3+ years in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project schedule for MHE installation across sites
• Coordinate daily activities across all on-site project teams including mechanical/electrical installation, controls integration, and commissioning
• Lead site coordination meetings to align priorities, constraints, and milestones
• Manage procurement workflows and budgets
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership
• Ensure safety standards on installation activities
