Job summary

Amazon's OneMHS Installation & Deployment team is seeking a Site Operations Leader to coordinate large-scale MHE installation projects on active construction sites. You will own the project schedule, procurement workflows, equipment logistics, and budget administration for multimillion-dollar deployments.

This field-based role requires cross-functional leadership, risk management, and hands-on collaboration with mechanical, electrical, and controls teams to deliver safe, on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Industrial/Mechanical engineering or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of construction or project management experience.
• 3+ years delivering cross-functional projects.
• 3+ years of MHE or automation environments experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or BIM and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project schedule for MHE installation across sites.
• Coordinate on-site activities across mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning.
• Lead vendor schedule reviews and resolve schedule conflicts.
• Manage procurement workflows and project budgets (50M–100M+).
• Develop and maintain construction monitoring and progress tracking.
