Job summary

BetterCloud is seeking a General Manager to run day-to-day operations at the RC and lead overall business strategy. You will manage a team, drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain efficient operations across the facility.

You will identify growth opportunities, meet with customers, oversee payroll and expenses, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with the Corporate Office and AVP to implement corrective actions and sustain performance.

Qualifications

• 4-year/Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• 5+ years’ experience in business operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Strong budgeting and financial monitoring capabilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales and marketing familiarity is a plus.
• Servant leadership philosophy and strong HR awareness.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for business growth and achieve targets.
• Lead a team, oversee operations, and manage payroll/expenses.
• Meet with customers, attend sales visits, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPI’s, reporting, and adherence to corporate directives.
• Develop action plans for improvements and celebrate successes.
