Job summary

Massed Compute is seeking a Business Operations Manager to turn a fast-moving company into a more effective, scalable one. You will work across the business on operating rhythms, planning processes, and cross-functional coordination to help teams move faster with better judgment.

This role is highly leveraged between strategy and execution, including building planning models, improving processes, and aligning commercial, product, infrastructure, and finance priorities.

Qualifications

• Able to break ambiguous problems into actionable work.
• Proven track record of improving planning, coordination, and execution.
• Comfort moving between analysis, project management, and communication.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative skills; ability to track metrics and synthesize data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication aligning stakeholders.
• High attention to detail while keeping big picture in view.
• Comfort operating with limited structure and creating structure for others.
• Ownership and follow-through; push important work to completion.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the company operating system with planning, reporting, and decision rhythms.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives by clarifying owners, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Translate company goals into operating plans and surface tradeoffs early.
• Improve internal processes and remove bottlenecks across GTM, product, infrastructure, finance, and recruiting.
• Develop analyses, dashboards, models, and materials to help leadership make faster, better decisions.
• Increase execution visibility across the business and flag off-track areas.
• Partner with leadership on special projects and high-priority initiatives.
• Keep information and action items aligned across teams.
• Leverage AI tools and lightweight automation to reduce manual work and boost productivity.
