Whistle Express Car Wash in Mount Airy, NC is seeking a Site Manager who will lead the on-site team, own daily operations, and drive customer experience and membership growth. You will build a high-performing workforce, maintain facilities and equipment, and ensure safety and quality across all shifts.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with a focus on accountability, training, and achieving site targets.

• Oversee Site Operations & Equipment Performance: Own daily workflow, maintain equipment reliability, and ensure safety and quality.
