Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead the on-site team and own the guest experience. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, building a positive culture while upholding safety and brand standards.

You’ll manage operations, monitor equipment, drive memberships and sales, and ensure throughput. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced outdoor setting and weekend availability.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior management experience in car wash, retail, service, or field operations preferred.

• Lead & Develop the Team: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and performance manage all team members; build a positive culture.
• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Create a welcoming environment, resolve escalated concerns, coach on engagement; promote memberships.
• Oversee Site Operations & Equipment Performance: Manage daily workflow, preventative maintenance, and vendor support; ensure quality and cleanliness.
• Drive Sales, Profitability & Business Results: Set site targets; lead promotions and upselling; monitor KPIs and adjust staffing.
• Ensure Safety, Compliance & Brand Standards: Enforce health/safety protocols and policies; conduct audits and inspections.
