Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience recommended.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Direct company programs and implement policy to ensure contract compliance with customer.
• Plan and develop work schedules for service personnel.
• Inspect facilities for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure work meets standards.
• Maintain inventories of supplies and equipment; manage budgets and forecasting.
• Develop long-range plans, proposals, and capital outlay requirements.
• Coordinate contracts and proposals; communicate with customers and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report labor hours, overhead, and expenses.
