Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations for a small to mid-size site in Denver, CO. You will lead a small team, manage contracted services, and ensure SLA attainment while driving customer-focused improvements and staff development.

You will supervise direct reports, align staffing with production demands, and mentor employees through performance management and IDP opportunities. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
• Two or more years of management or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Three to five years of customer-facing experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology and business operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a small- to medium-sized site while supervising a small team of direct reports.
• Prioritize multiple priorities and manage workflow effectively.
• Communicate team vision and create a positive work culture to drive engagement and retention.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Ricoh products and services and recommend alternatives when appropriate.
• Manage production labor targets and improve operational quality via Ricoh Service Excellence tools.
• Ensure SLAs are met and collaborate with customers to improve processes with leadership support.
• Foster a customer-focused environment via feedback and satisfaction surveys.
• Support business retention by maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards, deadlines, and best practices.
• Staff appropriately by aligning skills with production demands.
• Motivate employees and recognize achievements through Ricoh programs.
• Communicate performance expectations through coaching and evaluation.
• Identify IDP opportunities and provide coaching and training.
• Evaluate team performance and develop career paths.
• Maintain daily contact with customers and stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements with support from leadership.
• Identify service gaps and workflow improvements while managing costs.
• Collaborate with Sales on pricing, orders, and invoicing issues.
• Prepare site reporting and business reviews to align with contractuals.
